These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Marquis Auto Body website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized manner.
Any estimate provided through the Site — including an online photo estimate — is a preliminary starting point, not a final or binding quote. Some damage, particularly structural or hidden damage, can only be confirmed by an in-person inspection. Final pricing and scope are confirmed in a written repair authorization before work begins, and we will explain any changes to you.
Collision repair and related services are governed by the separate repair authorization, work order, and invoice you sign for your vehicle. Those documents — not the Site — control the services we perform for you.
Eligible repairs are backed by our lifetime workmanship warranty as described on our Warranty Terms page. That page sets out what is covered, exclusions, and how to make a claim.
The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Marquis Auto Body and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our permission, except as allowed by law.
The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and tools (such as the CCC/Carwise estimate platform and Google Maps). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the Site, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. This section concerns the Site only and does not limit our workmanship warranty on repairs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marquis Auto Body will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
