We Help With More Than the Repair

A collision brings more to sort out than just the vehicle. Here's how we help make the rest of it easier.

Rental-car assistance — we help coordinate a rental vehicle while yours is being repaired, including rental coverage through your insurance policy when available.

Towing coordination — if your vehicle isn't drivable, we can help arrange towing to get it safely to our shop.

Pickup and delivery — we can pick up your vehicle or deliver it back to you once repairs are complete.

Tire-related services — tire replacement, rotation, and repair, coordinated as part of your collision repair when needed.

You Have the Right to Choose Your Repair Shop

Your insurance company may recommend a repair facility, but the choice of repair shop belongs to you. Marquis Auto Body works with AAA and other major insurers while remaining responsible for managing your repair properly.

Do I have to use my insurance company's suggested shop?

No. California law gives you the right to choose your own repair shop. Your insurance company may recommend a facility, but the choice is yours to make.

Can Marquis work with my insurance company?

Yes. We're an AAA Direct Repair Program shop and coordinate with most major insurance carriers to help manage your claim from estimate to final invoice.

What is a supplement?

A supplement is an addition to the original repair estimate for damage or parts identified once the vehicle is disassembled and more thoroughly inspected. Supplements are common in collision repair and are submitted to your insurance company for approval.

Who pays my deductible?

Your deductible is set by your insurance policy, and you're responsible for paying it directly as outlined in your coverage. Your insurance company can confirm your specific deductible amount.

Can repairs begin from a photo estimate?

You can start the process with a photo estimate submitted through our secure online tool. A full repair plan typically requires an in-person inspection once your vehicle is at the shop, since hidden damage often isn't visible from photos alone.

Why might the final repair plan differ from the initial estimate?

Collision damage isn't always fully visible until panels are removed and the vehicle is inspected up close. If additional damage is found during teardown, we document it and submit a supplement to your insurance company before continuing that portion of the repair.
